The Washington Stealth solidified control of first place in this week's Lacrosse-Network.com Experts Poll, picking up an additional first-place vote to move within one point of the highest possible point total.

Washington, coming off a thrilling 12-11 victory at Colorado, earned six nods as the league's best team, finishing with 76 points in this week's poll. The undefeated Stealth hosts Minnesota tomorrow.

Toronto, despite a big loss at Rochester last weekend, remains second in the rankings, earning 69 points (including one first-place vote). The Rock's lead on third-place Orlando dwindled considerably after the 16-8 loss to the Knighthawks -- what had been a 13-point advantage is now just seven.

Edmonton (53 points) and Rochester (48 points) round out the top five.

Our panel of seven experts includes a wide range of top lacrosse minds, including Outsider's Guide writers, players, and coaches. Scoring is on an 11-10-9-etc. basis, so that the maximum score a team can earn is 77 points and the minimum is seven points.

The complete rankings from this week's Experts Poll, with comments (win-loss record through Sunday is in parentheses):
